Do I Need A Security Deposit?
A security deposit will be required if you are unable to fulfill all ID requirements.
Depending on the total value of equipment being hired, we reserve the option to require a security deposit.
Security deposits will generally be required on Super-tele lenses. We will inform you if a security deposit is
required at time of hire booking.
Where Do I Pick Up/Return The Equipment?
Our rental department is located on level 1 michaels buildings, Cnr Elizabeth & Lonsdale Sts Melbourne.
We are conveniently open Monday - Wednesday 9am - 6pm, Thursday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 11am - 5pm and
most Public Holidays.
Please Note: Equipment pick up must be done in person by the hirer and not by a third party.
Can You Deliver Hire Equipment?
Sorry, at this time we can not deliver hire equipment. Equipment must be collected by the hirer.
How Do I Pay For My Hire Booking?
Online: a 10% deposit of the hire fee is payable via PayPal. The balance is payable upon collection of rental equipment.
In Person: Payable upon collection of rental equipment.
By Phone: Payable upon collection of rental equipment.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (2.25 % surcharge) and cheque (subject to cheque clearance authorisation).
I can't see the equipment I need?
We are continually reviewing our equipment range. If there is an item you wish to hire not currently listed on our
website, simply ask one of our friendly team members and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
What Is Provided With The Rental?
Digital SLR and mirrorless camera rentals will include the use of a 32 GB CF or SD card. Additional
memory is available for sale or rent. Camera rentals will include batteries and charger.
Other items such as software, hoods, cables, straps and caps are usually included but are subject to availability.
Manuals for all equipment is located on our website on the page describing each item of equipment.
A Damage Waiver may be taken to cover damage or loss to the equipment.
The Damage Waiver does not apply if the loss or damage is caused by the negligent act or omission or misuse or
abuse of the equipment or if the equipment is stolen when not reasonably stored and secured.
An Excess is payable depending on the reinstatement or replacement cost of the equipment as set out below:

Daily Rentals are due 24 hours from the time they are picked up.
2 day, 7 day and 28 day rentals are provided at a discount daily rate as shown on the website. Return time is the same time of day as collected.
We allow for a 2 hour grace period. Late returns will be charged the daily rate for each day the item is overdue
(weekend, weekly, monthly rates do not apply to overdue rentals).
Reservations and Cancellations
We charge the full rental amount at time of collection. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the
scheduled rental time for a full refund of the rental amount. Last minute cancellations may incur a fee.
